己二酸生产中硝酸双效蒸馏操作研究

Study on operation of double-effect distillation for nitric acid in adipic acid production

为了提高中国石油辽阳石化公司14万t/a己二酸装置双效蒸馏装置的可控性,对负荷性能图进行了改进,并采用改进后的负荷性能图对该装置双效蒸馏工艺进行分析。结果表明:将负荷性能图中的气相流量和液相流量改进为蒸汽用量和母液酸进料量后,对己二酸装置双效蒸馏系统的分析更为直观;当母液酸进料量达到70 m^3/h时,1~#浓缩塔运行正常,2~#浓缩塔会出现雾沫夹带情况。

In order to increase the controllability of double -effect distillation process in a 140 kt/a adipic acid unit of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company, PetroChina, the load performance chart was improved and effect of modified load performance chart on double - effect distillation was analyzed. The results showed that after the gas phase flow rate and liquid phase flow rate in the chart were changed into steam consumption and mother liquor acid feed quantity,the double -effect distillation system was analyzed more directly. When feed quantity of mother liquor acid reached 70 m3/h, the concentrating tower 1# operated normally and concentrating tower 2# would appear entrainment.
