摘要
为了实现柴油国Ⅴ质量升级,对中国石油兰州石化公司3 Mt/a柴油加氢装置进行新增1台加氢精制反应器与原反应器串联、增加催化剂装填量、降低体积空速等升级改造。结果表明:升级改造后,在装置负荷为380 t/h,氢气/原料油(体积比)为350∶1,氢分压为7.4 MPa的条件下,精制柴油和石脑油中的硫含量均有所降低,精制柴油含硫量为5.83μg/g,可达到国Ⅴ质量标准要求。
In order to realize diesel quality upgra- ding of national standard V, the upgrading and re- construction measures were taken, including adding a new hydrorefining unit in tandem with the original reactor, increasing catalyst loading, decreasing volume velocity, etc, in a 3 Mt/a diesel hydrogenation unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, PetroChi- na. The results showed that after upgrading and reconstruction, under the conditions of unit loading 380 t/h,volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 350: 1, hydrogen partial pressure 7.4 MPa, the sulfur content of refined diesel and naphtha both decreased, and the sulfur content in refined diesel was 5.83 μg/g, which could reach the requirement of national standard V.
