汽提-双效蒸发-焚烧法处理丙烯酸及酯装置废水 被引量:4

摘要 采用中国石油工程设计有限责任公司开发的"汽提-双效蒸发-焚烧"工艺,对某石化公司8万t/a丙烯酸及10万t/a丙烯酸酯装置在运行中产生的高浓度有机废水的问题进行处理。结果表明,废水化学需氧量(COD_(Cr))、总有机碳(TOC)的质量浓度由处理前的95.8,46.2 g/L分别降至95.0,31.0 mg/L,COD_(Cr),TOC总去除率均为99.9%,可达到厂级排放标准。 The high concentrated organic wastewater produced during operation was treated by the steam stripping -double effect evaporationincineration method developed by China Petroleum Engineering Co Ltd, PetroChina, in 80 kt/a acrylic acid unit and 100 kt/a acrylic ester unit of a petrochemical company. The results showed that the mass concentration of chemical oxygen demand (CODcr)and total organic carbon (TOC)reduced from 95.8 g/L,46.2 g/L to 95.0 mg/L, 31.0 mg/L respectively,the total removal rate of CODcr and TOC both reached 99.9% ,which could meet the plant - level emission standard.
