摘要 为了估算纬编双面两色芝麻点提花织物的耗纱量与原料比,提出花型意匠图与编织意匠图之间的变换关系。在深入研究这类织物结构特征的基础上,将织物分为4种基本单元,建立织物理想状态下线圈结构的基本模型并提出计算方法,探讨花型意匠图与线圈长度的对应规律,从理论上估算纬编双面两色提花织物的原料比。通过设计6款不同类型的纬编双面两色提花织物,测量并计算其实际原料比,对该模型的可行性进行验证。试验结果表明,建立的三维几何模型能较为准确地估算纬编双面两色提花织物的原料比,可为纬编CAD系统估算线圈长度与原料比提供一定的参考。 To estimate the yarn consumption and raw material ratio of weft knitting two-sided double color sesame jacquard fabric, the transformation relation of original jacquard pattern grid and knitting grid are proposed. Based on the structure characteristic study of weft knitted jacquard fabric, the fabric is divided into four kinds of basic units. The basic model of loop structure in ideal state is built and calculation method is put forward. The role of pattern graph and stitch length is explored to calculate the fabric raw material ratio in theory. By designing six different kinds of weft knitting two-sided double color jacquard fabric, the actual raw material ratios are calculated to verify the feasibility of the model. The results show that the establishment of 3D geometric model can accurately estimate the raw material ratio of weft knitting two-sided double color jacquard fabric, and provide a certain reference for weft CAD system to estimate stitch length and raw material ratio estimation.
