摘要
为提高毛型紧密赛络纺纱线的成纱质量,采用正交试验法对3个关键工艺参数即捻系数、吸风负压、双排打孔皮圈型号进行了优化设计。结果表明,细纱捻系数为300,吸风负压为3 000 Pa,双排打孔皮圈型号为6C3时,紧密赛络纺毛纱成纱综合质量最好。所纺的16.67 tex紧密赛罗纺毛纱的单纱断裂强度为6.05 cN/tex,有害毛羽数为97根/10 m,条干CV值为19.79%。
In order to improve the yarn quality of compact siro spinning yarn, through orthogonal optimization experiments, three key processing parameters such as twist multiplier, suction negative pressure and the type of double row punched apron are optimized. The resuhs show that when yarn factor is 300, the suction negative pressure is 3 000 Pa and the type of double row punched apron is 6C3, the yarn quality is the best. The breaking strength of 16.67 tex compact siro spinning single yarn is 6.05 cN/tex, the number of harmful hairincss is 97 per 10 m and yarn eveness CV is 19.79%.
