摘要
为了解不锈钢纤维混纺织物结构对其屏蔽效能的影响,介绍了平面织物电磁波屏蔽效能的标准测试方法,以不同种类的不锈钢纤维混纺纱为原料,织制了不同规格的织物,并对其屏蔽效能进行了测试。试验结果表明:织物组织对屏蔽效能有很大的影响,交织次数较多的平纹织物防辐射性能最好,缎纹织物的效果最差,斜纹织物的屏蔽效能介于两者之间;随不锈钢纤维含量的增加,不锈钢纤维混纺织物屏蔽效能逐渐增加;在一定范围内,织物的防辐射性能随不锈钢纤维混纺织物密度的增加而增加;其他条件相同时,随织物中纱线细度的增加,不锈钢纤维混纺织物的防辐射性能提高。
To know the influence of fabric structure of stainless steel fiber blended fabric on the shielding effectiveness, the standard test method of fabric shielding effectiveness is simply introduced. The different kinds of stainless steel fiber blended yarns are used as raw material, and the fabrics with different specification are woven. Then shielding effectiveness of these fabrics is measured. Rcsults show thai fabric texture has a great impact on the shielding effectiveness of stainless steel fiber blended fabric. The shielding effectiveness of the plain fabric with more tie-up points is the best, the effectiveness of satin fabric is the worst, and the twill fabric is the medium. The shiehting effectiveness of stainless steel fiber blended fabric improves with the increase of content of stainless steel fiber. Within a certain range, the radiation protection performance enhances with the increase of fabric density. Under the same other conditions, the shielding effectiveness of stainless steel fiber blended fabric increases with the improvement of yarn diameter.
