摘要
涤纶滤料在工业除尘中应用广泛,其力学性能对使用寿命有影响。测试了涤纶滤料在温度场中的拉伸性能,并在烘箱中进行不同时间的老化处理。同时,测试了经酸碱处理后涤纶的耐酸碱性能。结果表明,涤纶滤料的强力随着温度升高而下降,在130℃的温度下长期使用,滤料的拉伸性能不随时间增大而恶化;涤纶滤料的耐酸性较好,但耐碱性较差。
Polyester filters are widely used in industrial dust removal. The mechanical properties of polyester filters 'affect the working life. The tensile properties are tested in temperature field. The PET filters are treated in oven for different time to test the ageing property. At the same time, the acid and alkali resistance properties are also tested. The results show that the strength decreases with the temperature rising. The tensile property doesn't deteriorate with the time at 130℃. The PET filter has excellent acid resistance, but its alkali resistance is poor.
