基于文献计量学的高血压痰湿壅盛证患者血浆代谢组学研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨高血压痰湿壅盛证代谢组学产物的相互作用及生物学通路。方法:从中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、Embase、Pubmed数据库中检索高血压痰湿壅盛证患者血浆代谢组学研究。对纳入研究代谢产物进行汇总。信号通路分析采用KEGG,代谢产物分子注释、相关的酶或转运蛋白及其相关性质分析采用HMDB,代谢产物路径可视化采用metPA网络软件。结果:共有6篇文献纳入研究,15个代谢产物主要参与了28条代谢通路。通过通路拓扑分析选出了10条P值小于0.05的代谢通路作为高血压痰湿壅盛证的代谢通路,分别是:糖酵解和糖异生作用、D-谷氨酰胺和D-谷氨酸代谢、缬氨酸、亮氨酸和异亮氨酸的生物合成、磷酸戊糖途径、维生素B6代谢、丙酸代谢、缬氨酸、亮氨酸和异亮氨酸降解、半乳糖代谢、维生素C代谢、淀粉与蔗糖的代谢。结论:高血压痰湿壅盛证代谢组生物信息分析显示其病理机制涉及到糖类、脂肪、氨基酸、维生素等物质代谢及其代谢通路。本研究从分子水平阐述了高血压痰湿壅盛证的发病机制,并为其寻找诊断、鉴别诊断方法及药物作用靶点有一定启示作用。 Objective:To analyze the metabolic pathways of hypertation of dampness and phlegm retention syndrome by bioinformatics method.Methods:The research literature of hypertation of dampness and phlegm retention syndrome was retrieved from China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database(CNKI),Wanfang Data Resource System(WANFANG DATA),VIP network(VIP),Pub Med and Embase.The metabolic products described in the literature were collected and summarized.Molecular function annotation used HMDB database.Signaling pathways were analyzed using KEGG database and metabolites pathway visualization was performed with Metabolomics Pathway Analysis(Met PA).Results:A total of 6 articles were included in this study and 15 metabolites were involved in 28 metabolic pathways.Through the analysis of the pathway selected 10 which p value less than 0.05 metabolic pathways as the metabolic pathways of hypertation of dampness and phlegm retention syndrome,is respectively Glycolysis or Gluconeogenesis,D-Glutamine and D-glutamate metabolism,Valine leucine and isoleucine biosynthesis,Pentose phosphate pathway,Vitamin B6 metabolism,Propanoate metabolism,Valine leucine and isoleucine degradation,Galactose metabolism,Ascorbate and aldarate metabolism,Starch and sucrose metabolism.Conclusion:Biological information analysis showed that the hypertation of dampness and phlegm retention syndrome is related to the metabolism of sugar,fat,amino acid and vitamin.This result explains the mechanism of hypertation of dampness and phlegm retention syndrome in molecular level and the results of this study may have some implications for finding out new criteria of diagnosis and antidiastole,drug target of hypertation of dampness and phlegm retention syndrom.
