浅析中医六腑学说与现代免疫的关系

Analysis of Relationship between Six Fu-viscera Theory in TCM and Modern Immunology

六腑学说是中医基础理论的重要组成部分,六腑的生理功能和病理变化与现代免疫有着密切的关系。人体六腑功能正常,正气旺盛,则免疫功能正常,邪气难以致病;如果六腑功能失常,正气虚弱,则免疫功能多低下或紊乱,易引起多种疾病。文章通过中医和现代医学文献检索,探讨了六腑中的胆、胃、小肠、大肠、膀胱及三焦在现代免疫中的作用,浅析了中医六腑学说和现代免疫二者的关系,旨在为防治中医六腑相关疾病提供一定的理论依据。

The six Fu-viscera theory is an important part of basic theory of TCM,and the physiological function and pathological changes of the six Fu-viscera and modern immunity are closely related.The normal function of six Fu-viscera and abundant healthy qi ensurse the normal immune function,and thereafter the pathogenic factors are hard to cause diseases.While the abnormal function of six Fu-viscera and weakness of healthy qi will lead to the hypofunction or disturbance of immune,and thereafter resulting in a variety of diseases.The roles of the gallbladder,stomach,small intestine,large intestine,bladder and triple energizer in modern immunity were discussed in this article,and the relationship between six Fu-viscera theory and modern immunology were analyzed in order to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of diseases related to six Fu-viscera in TCM.
