复方斑蝥胶囊联合化疗用于直肠癌根治术后的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Compound Blister Beetle Capsule Combined with Chemotherapy for Patients after Radical Resection of Rectal Cancer

目的:探索复方斑蝥胶囊联合化疗用于直肠癌根治术后的临床效果。方法:选取2010年7月—2015年7月期间本院收治的100例直肠癌根治术患者,将患者动态随机化分为两组,两组患者各有50例,对照组和观察组分别采用化疗和复方斑蝥胶囊联合化疗,对比两组患者的T淋巴细胞亚群、常规实验室指标、总有效率、KPS体力恢复情况、不良反应。结果:观察组患者的不良反应(6.00%)、KPS体力改善率(84.00%)、治疗总有效率(98.00%)、血小板(213.61±13.58)×10~9/L、血红蛋白(123.56±5.48)、白细胞(6.23±1.25)×10~9/L、CD4^+/CD8^+水平值(1.98±0.56)g/L、CD8^+水平值(29.47±6.35)%、CD4^+水平值(42.36±3.58)%、CD3^+水平值(65.47±5.69)%明显优于对照组患者的不良反应(26.00%)、KPS体力改善率(60.00%)、治疗总有效率(66.00%)、血小板(156.35±10.32)×10~9/L、血红蛋白(102.36±5.36)、白细胞(3.54±1.36)×10~9/L、CD4^+/CD8^+水平值(1.02±0.69)g/L、CD8^+水平值(27.45±2.69)%、CD4^+水平值(36.25±4.58)%、CD3^+水平值(60.36±4.89)%(P<0.05)。结论:复方斑蝥胶囊联合化疗用于直肠癌根治术后患者中效果显著,且安全性较高。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of compound blister beetle capsule combined with chemotherapy for rectal cancer after radical resection.Methods：A total of 100 cases with rectal cancer underwent radical resection in our hospital from July2010 to July 2015 were selected as subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups,each of 50 cases.The control group was treated with chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with compound blister beetle capsule combined with chemotherapy.T lymphocyte subsets,routine laboratory indexes,total effective rate,KPS,physical recovery and toxic reaction of two groups were compared.Results：Toxic reaction rate（6.00%）,KPS physical improvement rate（84.00%）,total effective rate（98.00%）,PLT（213.61±13.58）×10~9/L,Hb（123.56±5.48） g/L,WBC（6.23±1.25）×10~9/L,CD4~＋/CD8~＋（1.98±0.56） g/L、CD8~＋（29.47±6.35） % 、CD4~＋（42.36±3.58） % 、CD3＋（65.47±5.69） % of the observation group were better than those of the control group：toxic reaction rate（26.00%）,KPS physical improvement rate（60.00%）,total effective rate（66.00%）,PLT（156.35±10.32）×10~9/L,Hb（102.36±5.36） g/L,WBC（3.54±1.36）×10~9/L,CD4~＋/CD8~＋（1.02±0.69） g/L、CD8~＋（27.45±2.69） % 、CD4~＋（36.25±4.58） % 、CD3＋（60.36±4.89） %,and the difference showed significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compound blister beetle capsule combined with chemotherapy for rectal cancer after radical resection is of remarkable effect and high security.
