针灸治疗坐骨神经痛荟萃分析

A Meta-Analysis of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treatment of Sciatica

目的:对针灸治疗坐骨神经痛的临床疗效展开荟萃分析。方法:通过检索CNKI、万方数据库、维普、Pub Med等数据库,在电子检索中输入"针灸""针刺""电针""毫针"及"坐骨神经痛"关键词,收集有关针灸为主治疗坐骨神经痛的相关文献,采用Review Manager 5.3软件对所有数据进行荟萃分析。结果:临床有效率森林图中合并效应量OR=5.25,Z=8.68(P<0.01),95%CI为(3.61,7.64),森林图中有效率结局合并后菱形位于中线右侧;痛阈值森林图中合并效应量WMD=1.03,Z=17.15(P<0.01),95%CI为(0.91,1.15)。结论:荟萃分析表明针灸为主治疗坐骨神经痛有效率较高,提高痛阈值。

Objective：To investigate a Meta-analysis of clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of sciatica.Methods：Through the search of CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP and Pub Med database,input acupuncture and moxibustion,acupuncture,EA,needle and sciatica for keywords in the electronic search to collect the related literature about acupuncture in the treatment of sciatica.All data was analyzed using Manager 5.3 Review software.Results：Combined effect in the forest map of clinical efficiency OR=5.25,Z=8.68（P〈0.01）,95% CI（3.61,7.64）,the efficiency of the forest map with the combination of the diamond was located on the right side of the center line.Combined effect in the forest map of pain threshold WMD=1.03,Z=17.15（P〈0.01）,95% CI（0.91,1.15）.Conclusion：The Meta-analysis showed that acupuncture treatment for sciatica has high efficiency,increasing the pain threshold.
