基于Aprior算法关联规则探讨现代针灸临床治疗痤疮选穴规律

Acupoints Selection of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Acne Based on Aprior Algorithm

目的:探讨现代针灸临床治疗痤疮选穴规律。方法:检索各大中文数据库创库至今所有针灸治疗痤疮临床文献。运用数理统计及数据挖掘的方法,探究数据下隐藏的规律。结果:总共纳入117篇文献,共录得1083频次104穴,分属最多的经络是膀胱经,其次是胃经和大肠经。治疗手段方面共涉及到12种治疗手段,除普通针刺外使用频次最高的治疗方法是刺血疗法,频次占比13.77%。使用频次最高的穴位是肺俞穴,共提及67频次。特定穴方面选用最多的是合穴,达108频次,且其中以足三里最常用,共63频次。穴位搭配方面,存在常用穴组,如膈俞-大椎-肺俞、肝俞-肺俞等。结论:选穴范围遍及十四经及经外奇穴,范围广,但趋势集中,存在固定穴位搭配组合。选穴有规律可循,且与本病病因病机相符合,为临床治疗本病选穴提供参考和借鉴。

Objective：To explore the regulation of acupoints selection of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for acne.Methods：Collect the clinical trials about acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for acne from various research literature database.And then explore the hidden regularities of data by using the method of mathematical statistics and data mining.Results：There are 1083 frequencies and 104 points in total,most of them belong to Bladder Meridian,followed by Stomach Meridian and Large intestine meridian.There are 12 therapies included.In terms of acupoints collocation,there are fixed collocations such as Geshu,Dazhui combined with Feishu,Ganshu combined with Feishu.etc.Conclusion：The range of selection of acupoints is wide including not only the fourteen normal meridians but also the external singular acupoints.However,the regulation of acupoints selection trend is concentrated,meanwhile,there are fixed acupoints collocations.Furthermore,moxibustion therapy is commonly used.
