探讨将双模拟技术应用于针灸临床试验

Discussion on Double-Dummy Method Applied to Clinical Trials of Acupuncture and Moxibustion

针灸作为一种传统疗法,以其显著的临床疗效受到国内外研究者的广泛关注。虽然目前已有大量临床研究发表,但从循证医学角度来说针灸临床研究仍存在研究质量偏低的问题。笔者在国内针灸临床研究基础上,参照药物临床研究中双模拟技术,探讨将双模拟方法应用于针灸临床研究中以期形成一种新的针灸临床研究模式。

As a kind of traditional therapy,acupuncture and moxibustion are extensively concerned by many researchers at home and abroad for its obvious therapeutic effect.Publication of randomized clinical trials on acupuncture and moxibustion has significantly increased,but,from an evidence-based medicine standpoint,the quality of these researches are low.On the basis of domestic clinical trials of acupuncture and moxibustion,the writer refers to the double-dummy method applied to the pharmaceutical drug clinical trials and explores to apply the double-dummy method to the clinical trials of acupuncture and moxibustion in order to form a new clinical research model.
