赵鸣芳运用小柴胡汤验案四则

Experience of ZHAO Mingfang Applying Xiaochaihu Decoction

小柴胡汤出自张仲景《伤寒论》,是少阳病的主方。少阳位居半表半里,涉及脏腑众多,故小柴胡汤在临床上的应用范围非常广泛。通过临床典型病案,介绍赵鸣芳教授应用小柴胡汤的经验,拓展经方的运用思路和范围。所述低热、风湿性心脏病、眩晕症、结肠炎虽病症不同但病机相似,均用小柴胡汤加减取效,收到异病同治的治疗效果。

Xiaochaihu Decoction is from ZHANG Zhongjing＇s Treatise on Febrile Diseases,mainly applicable to treat disease of Shaoyang.Shaoyang belongs to half-exterior half interior pattern which involves many Zangfu organs and so there are many opportunities to use Xiaochaihu Decoction in clinical practice.This paper introduces professor ZHAO Mingfang＇s clinical experience in the application of Xiaochaihu Decoction through the clinical typical cases,expanding the application of ideas and the scope of classical prescriptions.In this paper,although the low-grade fever,rheumatic heart disease,megrim and colitis have different symptoms,they have the same pathogenesis.Therefore,Xiaochaihu Decoction is applicable to all of them and has received the same clinical effects.
