参芪止疱颗粒对HSV-2感染豚鼠体内病毒干预作用的实验观察

Experimental Observation on Interventional Effect of Shenqi Zhipao Granule on HSV-2 in Guinea Pig

目的:探讨参芪止疱颗粒治疗生殖器疱疹的作用机制。方法:Dunkin Hartly白化雌性豚鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、参芪止疱颗粒组和阿昔洛韦组,建立HSV-2感染豚鼠生殖道模型,并给予相应药物灌胃治疗10天,观察豚鼠外阴皮肤症状变化,HE染色检测子宫、输卵管、卵巢组织病理变化,电镜技术观察豚鼠外阴皮肤组织及脊髓神经节超微结构变化。结果:参芪止疱颗粒在改善豚鼠外阴皮肤症状,减轻子宫、输卵管、卵巢组织病理损伤及外阴皮肤及脊髓神经节超微结构损伤方面的作用与阿昔洛韦相似。结论:参芪止疱颗粒能起到有效抗HSV-2的作用,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the mechanism of treating genital herpes（GH） by Shenqi Zhipao Granule.Methods：Forty Dunkin Hartly,only female albino guinea pigs,were randomly divided into the control group,the model group,the group of Shenqi Zhipao Granule and the group of acyclovir.Besides,the genital tract model of guinea pig with HSV-2 was established and corresponding medication was given by gastrogavage for ten days.The symptoms of guinea pig genital skin was observed,the changes of the histopathology of uterus,uterine tube and ovary were observed by HE staining and the changes of the ultramicro of genital skin and spinal ganglion was observed by electron microscopy.Results：After treatment,similar effect was found between the group of Shenqi Zhipao Granule and the group of acyclovir in improving the symptoms of guinea pig genital skin and reducing the injury of the histopathology of uterus,uterine tube and ovary and the ultramicro-changes of genital skin and spinal ganglion.Conclusion：Shenqi Zhipao Granule can effectively inhibit the HSV-2.It deserves further clinical popularization.
