摘要
Graves病(GD)动物模型的探索经历了一个漫长的过程,以Ad-TSHR-289诱导的甲亢动物模型是目前较符合GD发病特点且使用广泛的的模型。文章总结近年来国内外相关文献,探讨使用Ad-TSHR-289构建GD动物模型的免疫方案及影响因素,总结该造模方法的优势及存在的问题,为进一步完善GD动物模型提供依据。
It has gone through a long process to explore GD animal model for human disease research.Now the most widely used and suitable GD animal model is builded by injecting Ad-TSHR-289.Based on the related literature in recent years,this artical discussed the immune scheme and influence factor of building the model and summarized the advantage and disadvantage of this model so that to provide a evidence for optimize the model.
