摘要
考察了4种胺类防老剂(RD、445、AS和NBC)以及在并用质量比为0.5/1.0时RD/445、RD/AS和RD/NBC体系对三元乙丙橡胶力学性能及热空气老化性能的影响。结果表明,单独使用胺类防老剂时胶料的力学性能相差不大,在热空气老化条件下NBC的防护效果较好;防老剂并用后胶料的基本力学性能能够保持在单独使用防老剂时的水平,其中RD/NBC并用防老体系具有一定的协同作用,对胶料的防护效果更佳,且随着老化时间延长防护效果越发明显,在150℃下老化21 d后胶料拉伸强度和邵尔A硬度的变化率分别仅为-25.6%和6.5%,老化系数维持在0.55。
The effects of four different amine antioxidants, including RD, 445, AS and NBC and their blending systems at mass ratio 0.5/1.0, on the mechanical properties and hot air aging resistance of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer ( EPDM ) were investigated. The results showed that the mechanical properties of EPDM were almost the same when the amine antioxidants were used alone. The protection effect of NBC was better under the hot air aging conditions. When two kinds of antioxidant were used to- gether, the basic mechanical properties could remain at the level when the antioxidant was used alone.The protection effect was the best when the RD/NBC antioxidant system was used, the two antioxidant had some synergistic effect, the protection effect was more obvious with the aging time prolonging, the change rate of tensile strength and Shore A hardness were - 25.6% and 6.5% respectively, the aging coefficient could keep at 0.55 after aged at 150 ℃ for 21 d.
