摘要
该实验对从大方臭豆腐中分离纯化得到的8株产纳豆激酶菌株进行了研究,通过纤维蛋白平板法对其产纳豆激酶能力的测试,筛选出一株酶活力达到5 435.39 IU/g的高产纳豆激酶菌株GUYR02。对该菌株的菌株形态、生理生化特征、16S r DNA序列分析以及系统发育树分析,鉴定菌株GUYR02为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)。
Eight nattokinase-producing strains separated from Dafang stinky tofu were investigated in the study. The ability to produce natto kinase of the strains was determined by fibrinogen plate method, and a high yield nattokinase strain GUYR02 with enzyme activity of 5 435.39 IU/g was screened. By morphology, physiological and biochemical characteristics, 16S rDNA sequence and phylogenetic tree analysis, the strain GUYR02 was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.
