摘要
云南省有丰富的钛砂矿资源,多为残坡积红土型砂矿,因风化较完全,原矿含泥高。原矿性质研究表明,密度大的有用矿物主要集中在粗粒级中,极利于脱泥。现场扩大试验表明,采用高效斜板分级机对原矿脱泥,沉沙的TiO_2品位由9.84%提高到15.76%,溢流(泥)中TiO_2品位仅为1.17%,TiO_2损失率仅为5.08%,高效斜板分级机按0.037 mm计的分级质效率达到84.63%。脱泥后采用螺旋溜槽重选,精矿中TiO_2品位达33.54%,回收率达到86.58%;较原生产中不脱泥重选流程,TiO_2品位提高9.83%,回收率提高32.61%。
There is significant amount of ilmenite ore in Yunnan province,which belongs to laterite-type placer deposit.Abundant of particles with a small size caused by mineralization have a great effect on the benefication.Therefore,these small particles with a lower content of TiO2 should be removed prior to benefication resulting in a good economical value.The results at a plant scale showed that grade of TiO2 was increased from 9.84 to 15.76% for the underflow and meantime,the overflow product containing 1.17%TiO2 was obtained with a recovery of 5.08%after desliming using efficient inclined plate classifier,and with a classification efficiency for 0.037 mm 84.63%.Following by agravity concentration using sluice,a concentrate containing 33.54% of TiO2 was obtained with a recovery of 86.58%.Compared with the flowsheet without desliming,the concentrate is increased containing 9.83% of TiO2,and 32.61% in recovery.
