摘要
根据科技创新团队绩效评价因素的复杂性和不确定性,构建多输入、多输出的DEA-FCA科技创新团队绩效评价模型及其评价指标体系,并利用该模型对5个团队的科技创新绩效进行实证分析。研究结果表明,该方法能够有效评价科技创新团队绩效,可为企业从事科技创新活动提供决策借鉴和理论参考依据。
According to the complexity and uncertainty of the performance evaluation factors of science and technology innovation team, the paper constructs a multi-input and multi-output DEA-FCA performance evaluation model and its evaluation index system and the model is used to analyze the innovation performance of five teams. The results show that the method can effectively evaluate the performance of science and technology innovation team, which can provide decision-making reference and theoretical reference for enterprises to engage in science and technology innovation activities.
