摘要
当前配电网自动化监控手段有限,为强化配电网故障诊断的能力,依托用电信息采集系统在中低压用电信息全采集、全覆盖的优势,通过专变采集终端对用电用户功率、电压、电流等数据进行实时采集与监测,借助中间型梯形隶属度函数的模糊数学方法,评定电能质量的综合等级,实现配电网电能质量信息的综合分析与评价。应用表明,该技术为配电网故障的快速诊断定位提供了有效依据,为供电企业及时、科学地判断电能质量问题提供辅助决策支持。
As the current monitoring of distribution network automation is limited in its monitoring means, to strengthen the ability of fault diagnosis, this paper presents a new approach to realize the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the power quality information of distribution networks. Based on advantages of the full-collection and full-coverage of the power consumption information acquisition in the medium and low voltage power consumption information, through the special transformer acquisition terminal which realizes the real-time acquisition and monitoring of power, voltage current and other data of customers, by means of the fuzzy mathematical method of the intermediate trapezoidal membership function, the comprehensive grades of power quality are evaluated. The actual application suggests that the technology proposed in this paper can provide effective evidence for fast locating of the faults in distribution network and offer support for the assistant decision making for power supply companies to judge the power quality problems scientifically and timely.
