摘要
为解决风电场功率预测数据异常和数据丢失的问题,提出了一种调度侧风电功率预测系统方案。调度侧风电功率预测系统由数值天气预报下载服务器、反向物理隔离装置、数据采集与处理服务器、预测系统数据库服务器和功率预测应用服务器构成。通过在云南大理电网的应用结果表明:调度侧风电功率预测系统与发电侧风电功率预测数据相互校核,互为备用,进一步提高了全网预测精度,保障了电网的安全运行;系统效果良好,安全性高,实用性强。
In order to address the prediction data anomaly and data loss in wind farms, a scheme of wind power forecasting system at the dispatching center is proposed in this paper. The wind power prediction system at the dispatching center consists of numer- ical weather forecasting server, reverse physical isolation device, data acquisition and processing server, prediction system database server and power prediction application server. The wind power fore- casting system at the dispatching center and the wind power fore- casting data at the generating station are mutually checked to fur- ther improve the forecasting accuracy and ensure the safe operation of the grid. The system is now in operation in Yunnan Dali grid.
