微型光电传感器控制的节能机房设计

摘要 温度和粉尘浓度是影响机房设备老化的主要原因,多数机房为维持温度及环境粉尘浓度在标准之内,常年将机房空调系统和风机系统打开。这样虽然能够达到要求,但也增加了耗能,造成能源浪费。文中提出一种实时环境监控的智能绿色机房建设方案,通过监测温度来控制空调系统的打开与关闭,通过监测粉尘浓度来控制风机系统的打开与关闭,避免了24 h打开空调系统与风机造成的能源浪费,提高能源利用率,降低机房PUE。 The temperature and dust concentration is the main reason for the aging of equipment, to control room envi- ronment temperature and dust concentration is important. At present, most of the engine room open the room air condition- ing system and fan system to maintain the temperature and am- bient dust concentration within the standard. Although this can meet the requirements, but the corresponding increase in ener- gy consumption, resulting in energy waste. In this paper, a re- al-time environment monitoring intelligent green room construc- tion scheme is adopted. The air-conditioning system is opened and closed by monitoring the temperature. The dust concentra- tion is determined to determine the opening and closing of the fan system. This can improve energy efficiency, reduce the en- gine room PUE.
