为实现由煤炭大国向煤炭强国的转变而努力

Efforts to be made to achieve the transition of Chinese coal industry from quantity to quality

为保障国家经济社会的快速发展,煤炭行业竭尽了全力,作出了贡献。为适应常态化的供给侧改革,煤炭行业必须研究资源经济学、环境经济学,研究煤炭开采和利用及其与环境协调的科学技术,以实现煤炭在保证安全、保护环境的前提下开发,在环境容量内使用。煤炭行业必须走安全绿色高效发展之路,实现由煤炭大国到煤炭强国的转变。而要实现向煤炭强国的转变,需要更多一流人才的支撑。我国煤炭类相关高校在人才培养方式上亟须加快改革创新。

Chinese coal industry had made its best and contributed a lot to the nationwide economic and society development. In order to adapt to the supply side reform under the circumstance of new normal economy, coal industry have to study on re source economics and environmental economics and develop scientific techniques of coal mining and its concerted utilization with environment to guarantee that coal resource could be developed under the premise of ensuring safety and environmental protection and be utilized within environmental capacity. Coal industry must take the road of safe, green, and efficient development to a- chieve the transition from quantity to quality with self-improvement. More first-class talented individuals are required to complete the transition. The coal-related universities in China need to accelerate reform and innovation in the way of talent cultivation.
