摘要
介绍了高压水锤冲击机构的工作原理,对高压水锤冲击机构进行了运动学仿真,得出了冲击活塞及配流阀相互作用的运动过程,对高压水锤内部腔体的高压水流动特性进行了流体仿真,得出了高压水锤内部腔体高压水流场分布情况,研究结果为高压水锤冲击机构参数优化设计和冲击特性研究提供了重要的理论依据。
The author introduced the operating principle of impact mechanism of high pressure water hammer, carried out ki. nematics simulation on the impact mechanism, achieved the motor process of interaction of impact piston and flat valve; conduc- ted fluid simulation on high-pressure waler flow characteristics in internal cavity of the water hammer, and obtained the high pressure water flow field distribution. The results provided an important theorelical basis for the parameter optimization design and impact characteristics research of impact mechanism of high-pressure water hammer.
