摘要 针对在矿用钢丝绳损伤检测采用的永磁励磁方式存在的永磁体退磁以及磁场不稳定等问题,提出了矿用钢丝绳损伤检测系统的整体设计方案,介绍了矿用钢丝绳在使用过程中可能出现的损伤形式,阐述了钢丝绳漏磁检测的基本原理,设计了基于多线圈周向磁化的矿用钢丝绳损伤检测励磁装置,并利用Ansoft Maxwell软件建模仿真分析了励磁装置的励磁效果。 At present, the permanent magnet excitation mode was used in the damage detection of the wire rope, ann me per- manent magnet demagnetization and the instability of the magnetic field were the main problems. In order to solve these prob lems, the overall design scheme of wire rope damage detection system was proposed, the possible damage forms of mine wire rope during application were introduced, the fundamental of magnetic flux leakage testing was elaborated, damage detecting excitation device of mine wire rope based on circumferential magnetization of multiple coils was designed, and excitation effects of excitation device were analyzed by using Ansoft Maxwell software modeling and simulation.
