马兰煤矿高瓦斯自燃煤层瓦斯抽采关键参数与防火措施研究 被引量:5

摘要 以马兰煤矿18303回采工作面为例,研究了自燃煤层在瓦斯抽采过程中受到的影响,探讨了瓦斯抽采的最佳参数;测试了相同的抽采条件下,通过调整工作面的配风量对采空区自燃危险区域范围的影响。结果表明,瓦斯抽采会加剧采空区遗煤自燃,因此瓦斯抽采流量与抽采负压均存在一个最佳范围,高抽巷流量应在15.1~19.4m^3/min之间,本煤层顺层钻孔抽采负压应该在35~40kPa左右,既能满足瓦斯浓度不超限,也能兼顾防火需求。抽采条件下,为缩小自燃危险区域范围,供风量应适当降低至800~1000m^3/min,注氮量应增加。 For solving complex safety problems in high gassy coal seam with spontaneous combustion potential, in this paper, 18303 work face was used as an example for researching the spontaneous combustion of coal seam affected by gas drainage. The optimum param eters of gas drainage were discussed. Under the same drainage condition, the influence of air supply of work face on spontaneous combus tion hazard zone in gob was tested. The results showed that gas drainage could aggravate the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in gob. Therefore, there were optimum ranges of gas drainage and negative pressure. The flow rate of high drainage roadway should be 15. 1 19.4 m:~/rain, and "the negative pressure should be around 35~ 40 kPa, which could not only meet the requirement of gas control, but also take into account fire prevention needs. Under the extraction condition, in order to reduce the risk of spontaneous combustion, air supply should be reduced to 800~1000 m3/min, and the amount of nitrogen injection should be increased.
