摘要
针对ZF202工作面瓦斯涌出特征,采前采用顺层钻孔进行本煤层瓦斯预抽,回采期间采用内错顶板巷抽采卸压区瓦斯、上隅角抽采采空区瓦斯等瓦斯综合治理措施。抽采效果检验表明,采前预抽使煤层瓦斯含量从原始含量8.32~8.52m^3/t降为2.527~3.753m^3/t,在回采期间,上隅角瓦斯浓度稳定在为0.31%~0.48%之间,回风巷瓦斯浓度稳定在0.13%~0.24%,瓦斯防治效果明显。
Aiming at the characteristics of gas emission in ZF202 work face in Jiangjiahe Mine, the bedding boring drilling of pre-mining seam was designed for gas pre-drainage of coal seams. Comprehensive control measures for gas drainage and pressure relief area in the internal staggered roof roadway and gas extraction from boreholes in the gob at upper corner were adopted during mining production. Extraction analysis results showed that the gas content of pre-mining drainage decreased from the original con- tent of 8.32~8.52 m3/t to 2. 527~3. 753 m3/t. The gas content in upper corner was stably0.31%-0.48%, the gas concentra- tion distribution in roadway was 0.13~0.24%, and the effect of gas control was obvious.
