高新技术企业盈利模式变革研究

在全面开放创新战略时代,技术创新已经不再是优秀公司区别于一般公司的要素,而是所有企业生存和发展的基础;盈利模式创新才是关键。从我国高新技术企业新产品销售收入与专利授权许可收入、技术服务收入等高端收入的现状看,我国高新技术企业还主要停留在传统盈利模式阶段。受开放式创新环境的驱动,核心能力、满足顾客精准需求能力、合作共赢等成为影响盈利模式变革的关键因素,并沿着品牌收益、对创新本身的创新、平台战略路径实现高新技术企业高端价值创造,企业应从寻求一个合理的资产结构、做好四个定位、提升专利质量等方面,积极应对盈利模式变革的挑战。

In the era of comprehensively open innovation strategy, technological innovation is no longer an element that decides a company is good or not, but the basis of all enterprises to survive and develop. Nowadays, profit model innovation is the key to be good. From the status of high-end income, such as new product sales revenue, patent licensing fees, technical service income and so on, the high-tech enterprises in China still stay in the traditional profit model stage. Driven by the open innovation environment, the core competence, the ability to meet the exact demand of customers and win-win cooper- ation are the key factors that affect the reform of profit model. Through brand revenue, innovation itself and platform strate- gy, high-tech enterprises can seek to create high-end value. Enterprises could actively respond to the challenges of profit model reform by searching for a reasonable asset structure, doing four positions and enhancing the quality of patents.
