乡村文化旅游综合体与新型城镇化耦合度评价模型构建——以江西省为例

乡村文化旅游综合体是乡村旅游转型升级的高级模式,是文化产业与旅游产业相结合的产物,也是探索新型城镇化发展的一条新出路。本文引入乡村文化旅游综合体这种新的旅游业态,探索其与新型城镇化建设之间的耦合协调关系,构建两者间的耦合度评价模型,以确定两者的耦合协调度,并分析其内部结构排序。通过对江西省11个地级市进行实证研究表明,南昌和九江2个市,耦合协调度分别为0.7214、0.7362,处于中级协调阶段;赣州、吉安、上饶和景德镇4个市,耦合协调度都处于0.6-0.69之间,属于初级协调阶段;其余5个市,耦合协调度都处于0.5-0.59之间,属于勉强协调阶段。因此,政府应以旅游业为抓手,推进产业联动发展,进行差异化开发,实现旅游扶贫和就地城镇化,构建有效的利益驱动机制,从而进一步加强两者的耦合协调发展。

Rural culture tourism complex is the advanced mode of transformation and upgrading of rural tourism, the combination of the cuhural industry and tourism industry, and a new path to explore new type of urbanization. Therefore, this article will introduce rural cultural tourism complex of this new tourism formats, explore the coupling coordinated relationship with New Urbanization, make an empirical study in Jiangxi Province to determine the coupling coordination degree between the two, and make relevant recommendations to coordinated development. Taking 11 cities in Jiangxi Province as an example, the empirical study shows that the coupling degree of Nanchang city and Jiujiang city is 0.7214 and 0.7362 respectively, which is in the intermediate stage of coordination. The coupling degree of Ganzhou city, Ji＇an city, Shangrao city and Jingdezhen city is between 0.6-0.69, which belongs to the primary stage of coordination. The coupling degree of the re- maining five cities is at 0.5-0.59, which belongs to barely coordination stage. The government should take the tourism in- dustry as the starting point, boost the industry interactive development, carry on the differentiated development, realize the tourism poverty alleviation and the local urbanization, construct the effective interest-driving mechanism, and further strengthen the coupling development.
