沟通需求视域下高校图书馆走动式管理研究——以广西科技大学图书馆为例

A Study on MBWA in University Library under View of Communication Needs——Taking Guangxi University of Science and Technology Library as an Example

高校图书馆走动式管理可以确保各方的沟通需求及时地得到响应,提高工作效率和服务质量,最终提升读者满意度。本文通过引入高校图书馆走动式管理概念,论述了其优越性,进而以广西科技大学图书馆为例,从行政走动、事务走动、团队走动、外事走动等四方面提出了满足高校图书馆沟通需求的走动式管理实施路径,指出了高校图书馆走动式管理应注意的问题。

Management by walking around（MBWA ） in university library can ensure that the communication needs of all parties get response in time, improve work efficiency and service quality of university library, and ultimately enhance readers＂ satisfactioru By in- troducing the concept of MBWA in university library, this paper discusses its advantages and then taking the Guangxi University of Science and Technology Library for example, puts forward the MBWA implementation paths which meet the communication needs of university library from four aspects of administration walking, affairs walking, team walking and external affairs walking. At last, it points out the problems about MBWA in university library which should be noticed.
