摘要
对甲基氯硅烷生产中洗涤塔系统工艺进行了分析。选择氯甲烷-二甲基二氯硅烷物料体系分析了一冷器、二冷器控制温度和压力对塔顶采出组分的影响。结果表明,洗涤塔一冷器控制在40℃的综合效益较30℃时好,二冷器温度控制在10℃优于15℃时,一冷器压力控制在0.35 MPa优于0.25 MPa时。
The scrubber system process in the production of methyl chlorosilane was analysed. The influence of temperature and pressure of the first and second cooler on the component of the tower was analyzed with Me Cl-Me2 as the materials. Results show that the first cooler comprehensive benefits is better at 40℃than at 30℃,and the second cooler temperature is better at 10℃ than 15℃. The control pressure of the first cooler is better at 0. 35 MPa than at 0. 25 MPa.
