深化闽台文化创意产业合作的策略研究

A Study of the Countermeasures on Deepening Cooperation of Cultural Creative Industry between Fujian and Taiwan

文化产业是经济与文化相互渗透、创意与技术相结合而形成的新兴产业,合作发展文化产业不仅是出于两岸共同的文化渊源以及文化经济发展的客观要求,是文化、经济共同发展的重要途径与标志,更是两岸政治文化生态对话、交流的重要平台和关系发展状况的重要标志。福建省和台湾文化产业具有很强的互补性,闽台文化创意产业具有合作基础不断夯实、步伐不断加快、内容形式逐渐多样的现状,但仍然存在产品内涵不足、政府政策约束力大、创新能力和人才不足、产业分布不平衡、融资困难、发展不完善等方面的问题。

Cultural industry is a new industry in which economy and culture, creativity and technology are integrated. The co-de- velopment of cultural industry is not only the objective requirement based on the cross-strait culture origin and economic deveLop- ment and an important way and symbol of promoting mutual culture and economy, but also an important platform of the political and cultural dialogue across the Strait and an important symbol of the relationship development. The cultural industries in Fujian and Taiwan are strongly complementary; the cooperation foundation of the cultural creative industries in Fujian and Taiwan is con- tinuously strengthened, the pace accelerated, and the form graduaUy diversified. However, there are still many problems： a lack of product connotation, big government policy binding, insufficiency of innovation ability and talented people, imbalance of industry distribution, financing difficulties, imperfect development and so on.
