摘要
目的分析2011年至2015年18749例妇女生殖道人乳头瘤病毒(Human Papilloma Virus,HPV)分型检测结果。方法对在深圳市福田区居住的18749例妇女采用PCR+膜杂交法HPV分型检测,共21型,其中14种高危型人乳头瘤病毒(High Risk Human Papilloma Virus,HR-HPV)及7种低危型人乳头瘤病毒(Low Risk Human Papilloma Virus,LR-HPV),并按年龄段进行分析。结果 HPV总感染率为18.35%,LR-HPV感染率为6.32%,HR-HPV感染率为14.36%。前3位LR-HPV亚型为CP8304型、53型和6型,3者在LR-HPV感染人群中构成比共占78.35%。前3位HR-HPV亚型为52型、16型、58型,3者在HR-HPV感染人群中构成比共占50.54%。经年龄标化,35-54岁此年龄段HR-HPV感染率最低,为12.10%-12.51%,16-34岁HR-HPV感染率最高,55-80岁HRHPV感染率较35-54岁有所升高,此3年龄段之间HR-HPV感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。HPV多重基因亚型混合感染发生率以16-19岁最高,约14.55%;其次为20-29岁和55-64岁,约4%水平;最低为30-54岁和65-80岁,为2%水平。多重基因混合感染中多以高危型基因联合其他基因型感染为主,混合型感染中HPV亚型前10名排序:52、CP8304、53、58、16、39、51、33、6、18型。结论深圳市福田区35-54岁HR-HPV感染率较稳定,为12.10%-12.51%,最能代表人群感染水平。常见HR-HPV亚型前3位为52、16、58,HPV18不占主导地位。低年龄组的HPV感染率和多重基因亚型混合感染率高,而多重基因混合感染中以HR-HPV亚型联合其他基因型感染为主。
Objective To analyze the results of genotyping test of human papilloma virus(HPV)in 18749 women from 2011 to 2015.Methods A total of 18749 women who were residing in Futian District of Shenzhen were tested by PCR + membrane hybridization with HPV typing.Among them,14 were high risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV)and 7were low risk human papilloma virus(LR-HPV),and analyzed the result by age group.Results The total infection rate of HPV was 18.35%,the infection rate of LR-HPV was 6.32%,and the rate of HR-HPV infection was 14.36%.The first three LR-HPV subtypes were CP8304,53 and 6,and the three group accounted for 78.35%in the LRHPV population.The first three HR-HPV subtypes were type 52,type 16,type 58,the three HR-HPV subgroups in the HR-HPV population assumed to 50.54%.The infection rate of HR-HPV was the lowest at the age of 35-54 years old,which was 12.10%-12.51%.The infection rate of HR-HPV between the three age groups(16-34,35-54 and 55-80)was statistically significant(P〈0.01).The incidence of HPV multiple subtypes of mixed infection was highest at16-19 years,about 14.55%;followed by 20-29 years old and 55-64 years old,about 4% level;the lowest was 30-54 years old and 65-80 years old,is 2%.In addition,the infection with HR-HPV subtypes combined with other subtypes is predominant in mixed infection of multiple genes.The top 10 subtype in the mixed HPV infection were:52,CP8304,53,58,16,39,51,33,6,18 type.Conclusion The infection rate of HR-HPV in 35-54 years old in Futian District,Shenzhen is 12.10%-12.51%,which is the most representative of the population infection level.HR-HPV subtype of the first three were 52,16,58,HPV18 is not dominant.The infection rate of HPV infection and multiple subtypes were higher in the low age group.In addition,the infection with HR-HPV subtypes combined with other subtypes is predominant in mixed infection of multiple genes.
