通腑化痰中药汤剂联合西药综合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床观察

Clinical observation of the Tongfu Huatan Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation

目的:探讨通腑化痰中药汤剂联合西药综合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法:纳入AECOPD病人80例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各40例,其中对照组仅接受西药常规治疗,观察组在此基础上联用通腑化痰中药汤剂。均以2周为1个疗程,疗程结束后对比2组临床疗效、肺功能指标、6 min步行实验结果、炎症指标变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率95.0%,高于对照组的72.5%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肺功能指标均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗后6 min步行距离(325.4±24.2)m,高于对照组(277.6±21.5)m(P<0.01);观察组治疗后外周血超氧化物歧化酶明显高于对照组,脂质过氧化物、白细胞计数、C反应蛋白均低于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:通腑化痰中药汤剂有助于提升西药对AECOPD的治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tongfu Huatan Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation（AECOPD）.Methods：Eighty patients with AECOPD were divided into the control group and observation group using random number table method（40 cases each group）.The control group and observation group were treated with routine western medicine and Tongfu Huatan Decoction combined with routine western medicine for two weeks（1 course）,respectively.The clinical efficacy,lung function,6 min walking test results and changes of inflammatory markers between two groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate in observation group（95.0%） was higher than that in control group（72.5%）（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the lung function indictors in observation group were higher than those in control group（P〈0.01）,the 6 min walk distance in observation group（325.4±24.2）m was longer than that in control group（277.6±21.5）m（P〈0.01）.After treatment,the level of superoxide dismutase in peripheral blood in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the levels of lipid peroxide,white blood count and C-reactive protein in observation group were lower than those in control group（P〈0.05 to P〈0.01）.Conclusions：Tongfu Huatan Decoction can improve the therapeutic effects of western medicine on AECOPD,which is worthy of promotion.
