摘要
重晶石熟料水浸工艺是重晶石碳热还原法制备钡盐产品的关键环节,本文对重晶石熟料水浸工艺条件进行了系统研究。结果表明,在一定范围内料液比、搅拌速度、浸取温度、浸取时间对水溶钡浸取率均存在显著正相关性,研究获得的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶150,搅拌速率200r/min,浸取温度90℃,浸取时间90min,此时水溶钡浸取率为99.19%。
The water leaching process for barite chamotte is a key in the preparation of barium salt by carbon thermal reduc- tion. The systematic study was conducted on the water leaching process conditions for barite chamotte. The results show that there is a remarkable positive correlation between leaching rate of water soluble barium and liquid-solid ratio, stirring rate, reaction temperature and leaching time. The optimal process conditions obtained in the study are liquid-solid ratio 1 ~ 150, stirring rate 200 r/rain, reaction temperature 90 ℃ and leaching time 90 min, with the leaching rate of water soluble barium being 99.19%.
