摘要
概述了辽西-冀北地区低品位铁磷矿的资源特点和选矿工艺,统计分析了部分共生矿床磷灰石的粒度嵌布情况,讨论了浮选粒度、矿浆质量分数对选磷指标的影响,阐明了合理调节选磷粒度的方法,以及从选铁老尾砂回收磷的影响因素,叙述了浮选药剂的使用情况,提出了降低选磷成本的途径。
The resources characteristics and processing technolo gy of the low grade iron and phosphate intergrown ore in western Liaoning and northern Hebei are outlined and the particle size dis- semination of apatite in some intergrown deposits is analyzed. The influence of particle size and slurry concentration in apatite flota- tion on the flotation indexes is discussed. The method is pointed out to properly adjust the size of apatite beneficiation and the influ- ence factors of recovering apatite from the old iron tailings are specified. The use of flotation reagents is described and the way to reduce the coats of apatite beneficiation is put forward.
