摘要 通过对露天矿山铲-车优化配置的研究,可以提高矿山生产能力和经济效益。综合考虑露天矿山铲装与运输设备的铲-车数量配置情况、铲-车容积配置情况及铲-车生产能力匹配情况,建立了露天矿山铲-车优化配置的数学模型。并以黄山石灰石矿山为实例进行了优化配置计算,结果表明优化配置数学模型是有效的。 The study on optimal allocation of shovel-truck in the open-pit mine can bring about increase of its production capacity and economic benefits. A mathematical model was established for the optimal allocation of shovel-truck in the open-pit mine based on quantity allocation of shovel-truck, volume allocation and match of production capacity of shovel loading and transportation equipment in the open-pit mine. Huangshan Limestone Mine as an example was calculated by optimal allocation and the optimal result showed that the mathematical model of optimal allocation is effective.
