摘要
针对宜昌磷矿矿山企业存在的顶板管理和采空区治理难题,结合夷陵区杉树垭磷矿顶板管理和湖北柳树沟丁西磷矿采空区治理实践经验,从安全监管的角度提出了制定顶板管理规程、改进采矿工艺、监控与充填空区等综合治理措施。实践表明,杉树垭磷矿和丁西磷矿近3年来顶板事故下降50%,采空区未发生大面积冒落,为同类矿山安全生产管理提供了借鉴范例。
Aiming at the existing roof management in Yichang phosphate mine enterprises and goal governance problems, we have made an analysis of the roof management in Shashuya phosphate and Goal Management experience in Hubei Liushugou Dixi Phosphate Mine. In safety supervision to develop roof management procedures, we will improve integrated management of mining technology in monitoring and filling area. Our practice shows that, in the past 3 years, the roof accidents in the area of west Liaoning Province and west of Yunnan Province have dropped by about 50%. And there is no large area caving in the goaf.
