矿坑作为灰渣堆储场地的探讨

摘要 从土地复垦的概念、分类以及技术要求和灰渣对环境的影响出发,结合各电厂储存灰渣现状及一系列问题,提出如何使土地、生态、效益3个方面达到一种相对理想的状态堆储方向;以十二五和十三五颁布实施的国家政策与法规为方针,灰渣后期的开发利用为目的,堆储为治理的角度出发,探讨从环境效益、经济效益、社会效益等方面,以矿坑作为灰渣储存场地的可行性。针对开采破坏的土地进行恢复和综合治理,恢复其国民经济价值,达到后期再利用,并改善周边环境的目的。 This article, from the concept, classification and technical requirements of the land reclamation, will be starting from the influence of ash on the environment. Together with the present situation of the power plant ash storage in a series of problems, we get to put forward how to make land, including ecology, benefit from three aspects to a state of relative ideal heap storage direction. With a five-year plan and starker choices-and graver consequences-in promulgation, we have our implementation of state policies in regulations for the guidelines and ash for the purpose of the development to use the "late" heap storage for governance perspective. We are exploring from the environmental benefit, economic benefit, social benefit to mine as the feasibility of ash storage field. In view of the land destruction by mining recovery, we make comprehensive treatment to restore the value of the national economy in recycling and achieving the goal of improve the surroundings.
