摘要
实行市场经济以来,计划经济时代建立起来的国有企业,尤其是矿山企业的人才大量外流,严重冲击这些企业的人力资源建设。结合一个既有60年历史的国有矿山企业就如何引进、培养并留住核心人才的举措进行了阐述,总结了这类企业留住核心人才,促进公司人力资源建设的成功方法提出了见解。
Since the introduction of market economy, our planned economy established in state - owned enterprises keeps strongly attacked, especially in mining enterprises with exodus of talent, as is a severe impact to enterprises "human resources. This article, in a 60- year- history enterprise, discusses about how to introduce, develop and keep core talent initiatives. It also summarizes these firms in core talent to promote the construction of human resource ideas success.
