黑龙江省某医学院学生医患关系认知及其对职业选择的影响

Cognition of Doctor-Patient Relationship and Its Influence on Career Choice of Medical College Students in Heilongjiang Province

目的:通过调查医学研究生和规培生对医患关系现状、医患矛盾根源的认知,探讨医患关系认知对医学生职业选择的影响。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,对黑龙江省某医学院的631名临床医学研究生和规培生进行医患关系现状、医患矛盾原因认知的开放式半结构问卷调查,对数据进行描述性统计和单因素分析。结果:83.8%的医学生认为当前医患关系很紧张,69.3%的医学生认为当前医患形势会影响自己未来的职业选择;医学生认为医疗卫生体制、政府职能缺失、卫生资源分配不公、患者缺乏医学知识及医患沟通不畅是造成医患矛盾的主要原因。结论:医学生普遍认为医患关系很紧张,医患关系现状及医患矛盾根源对医学生未来职业的选择具有不同程度的负面影响。

Objective： To explore its impact on medical students＇ career choice through investigating the present situation, cause of the doctor-patient relationship of medical students and resident trainees. Methods： 631 medical postgraduates and resident trainees were investigated with semi-structure questionnaire in a medical college in Heilongjiang Province. Descriptive statistics and single factor analysis were used. Results： 83.8% of the medical students believe that the current doctor-patient relationship is very tense, 69.3%f believe that the current situation of the doctor-patient relationship will affect their future career. Medical health system, the lack of government functions, unfair distribution of health resources, the lack of medical knowledge and poor communication between doctors and patients are the main reasons for medical students to contribute to the conflict between doctors and patients. Conclusion ： Majority of the medical students mainly rated ＂very tense＂ on the doctor-patient relationship in generally. This cognition status of medical students produced negative impact on their future career choice to some degree,
