摘要
根据丁腈橡胶装置产生废气流量大、浓度低的特点,通过对主要废气处理技术进行分析对比认定,光催化技术更适合处理丁腈橡胶废气。通过开展中试试验发现光催化入口温度、光催化入口水含量、紫外光照强度以及废气中的杂质是影响处理效果的关键影响因素。处理后的废气中丙烯腈浓度降至0.5 mg/m^3以下,达到GB 31571-2015对丙烯腈排放限值的要求,可为下一步工业化应用提供设计依据。
According to the characteristics of high flow and low concentration of waste gas from nitrile rubber plant,this paper analyzes and compares the main treatment technologies for waste gas. It confirms that the photocatalytic technology is more suitable for the waste gas treatment of nitrile rubber plant. Through pilot test,it was discovered that the photocatalytic inlet temperature,water contentof photocatalytic inlet,ultraviolet light intensity and impurities in the waste gas were the key influencing factors. The concentration of acrylonitrile in the treated waste gas was reduced to below 0. 5 mg / m^3,which reached the requirement of GB 31571-2015 for acrylonitrile emission limit. This provides the design basis for the industrial application in future.
