在继承中探索自主发展的名校办分校——以人大附中朝阳学校小学部为例

摘要 近年来,为促进教育均衡化,全国各地出现了名校办分校的热潮,人大附中朝阳学校就是其中之一。这所学校小学部集"引进校""一贯制小学部""合并薄弱校"多重身份,思考自主发展之路,从建设以"共生"价值为核心的文化、提炼"三格"育人目标、创建三级四体系课程等方面践行人大附中"尊重个性、挖掘潜力"的办学理念。在继承名校传统的自主发展中,学校办学成效显著,社会美誉度不断提升。 In recent years, in order to promote education equality, there has been an upsurge in the establishment of branches of famous schools, and RDFZ Chaoyang School is one of them. As a derivative of the famous RDFZ, the primary section of the school bears the multiple identities of introduced school, primary section of integrated school, and incorporating weak schools. Exploring its path of independent development, the school has constructed a school culture with shared growth as the core value, extracted the three educational goals, created three grades and four systems in its curriculum, to practice the educational philosophy of"respect individuality, explore potential" of RDFZ. Independently developing while inheriting RDFZ's traditions, RDFZ Chaoyang School achieved remarkable success and ever-increasing reputation.
