摘要
本文就中小企业融资问题从制度、市场、服务、观念等方面进行阐述。
The fund-raising Problems for small and medium-sized enterprises were discussed with regard to the syslem, marcket. service and ideology and so on.Some strategies for solving these Problems ,were provided in this paper.
