摘要
佛山市监管场所医疗卫生专业化建设处于起步阶段,管理模式仍在摸索中,对羁押人员的医疗保障也存在一定的不足。罗村医院在国家卫计委指导下,与公安机关联合开展医疗专业化建设工作,实行三级医疗服务体系,并成功探索出独具特色的"卫生计生部门负责医疗卫生,公安监管部门负责监管安全"的专业化模式,利于推动公安监管场所安全工作稳健良性发展。
