摘要
人力资源作为"第一资源",是采供血机构发展和保障血液安全的核心,加强人力资源管理是提高采供血机构管理水平的有效方式,而人事档案信息在人力资源管理中发挥着重要的作用,因此,做好人事档案信息的收集、整理与开发,是实现资源优化配置的有效途径。人事档案信息可以为采供血机构选人、用人提供重要的参考信息,有利于实现人力资源的整合。本文以青岛市中心血站为例,对人事档案信息与人力资源管理的关系进行了分析,对人事档案信息管理在人力资源管理中应用进行了介绍,还对如何增强采供血机构人事档案信息管理进行了探讨。
As the first resource human resources is the core of development of blood collecting and supplying center and to ensure the safety of blood. Strengthen the management of human resources is the effective way to improve the management level of the blood collection agencies, and the personnel records information in the human resource management plays an important role. Therefore, collecting, arrange and develop the personnel records information is a effective way to realize the optimal allocation of resources. The personnel records information can provide important reference information for the selection and employment of blood takring and supply agencies and can be conducive to the integration of human resources. This paper takes Qingdao Blood Center as an example, the relationship has been analyzed between the personnel archives information and human resource management. The personnel records information management in human resource management application are introduced and discussed how to enhance the personnel records information management.
