肝硬化患者凝血酶原时间和血小板的临床诊断价值研究

Clinical Value of Prothrombin Time and Platelets Parameters of Patients With Liver Cirrhosis

目的观察肝硬化患者诊断凝血酶原时间及血小板的临床价值。方法选择80例肝硬化患者为观察组,并选择80例同期健康体检者为对照组,两组均行凝血酶原时间及血小板检测。比较两组检测结果。结果观察组凝血酶原时间及血小板参数等指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凝血酶原时间及血小板参数可有效诊断肝硬化,并可评估出血情况,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of prothrombin time and platelets of patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods 80 patients with liver cirrhosis were selected as observation group and 80 healthy subjects were chosen as control group, prothrombin time and platelets were detected in the two groups. The efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The prothrombin time and platelets of observation group were significantly different from control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Prothrombin time and platelets can effectively diagnose liver cirrhosis, and can assesse bleeding status, it is worth popularizing.
