摘要
目的观察散克巴滴眼液(维生素B12滴眼液)联合视觉训练治疗调节性视疲劳的临床疗效。方法选取我院门诊眼科2011年3月-2014年10月以视疲劳为临床主诉就诊的患者150例(300只眼),随机分为三组,每组50人(100只眼),第一组应用视觉训练(晶体操);第二组应用散克巴滴眼液;第三组应用维生素B12滴眼液同时进行晶体操训练。结果治疗后,三组症状积分均较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后第三组症状积分显著低于第一组与第二组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后第一组与第二组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第三组总有效率98.0%,显著高于第一组与第二组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第一组与第二组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论散克巴滴眼液联合视觉训练能明显缓解调节性视疲劳症状。视觉训练与散克巴滴眼液均能有效改善调节性视疲劳,但两者联合其效果更佳。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the combined visual training in the treatment of adjustment fatigue by the combined visual training of the powder(vitamin B12 drops). Methods Selected 150 cases(300 eyes) with asthenopia in our hospital outpatient ophthalmology from March 2011 to October 2014 were randomly divided into three groups, each group of 50 people(100 eyes). The first group of application of visual training(crystal fuck); the second group applied the scatterer eye fluid; the third group applied vitamin B12 eye drops for crystal training. Results After treatment, symptom scores of three groups were lower than those before treatment, which showed significant difference(P 〈 0.05); After treatment, symptom score of the third group was lower than those of the first group and the second group, which showed significant difference(P 〈 0.05); After treatment, symptom scores between the first group and the second group showed no significant difference(P 〉 0.05). The total effective rate of the third group was 98.0%, which was higher than those of the first group and the second group, which showed significant difference(P 〈 0.05); There was no significant difference between the first group and the second group(P 〉0.05). Conclusion The combined visual training of scallop eye drops can significantly relieve the symptoms of regulatory fatigue. Both visual training and hscpa eye drops can effectively improve regulatory vision fatigue, but the combined effect is better.
