摘要
目的前纵隔肿瘤CT影像特征与鉴别诊断的价值,以供参考。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月1日—2016年4月1日期间收治的26例前纵膈肿瘤患者,对患者的CT影像特征进行观察分析,以及病理检查结果进行对比。结果 26例前纵膈肿瘤患者中10例胸腺瘤,16例畸胎瘤,术前诊断准确率为92.3%。结论 CT检查对前纵膈肿瘤的鉴别诊断准确性较高,有着极高的价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of CT imaging features and differential diagnosis of anterior mediastinal tumor for reference. Methods Twenty-six patients with anterior mediastinal tumor were enrolled in our hospital from January 1, 2010 to April 1, 2016, and the CT images of the patients were observed and analyzed, and the results of pathological examination were compared. Results 10 cases of thymoma and 16 cases of teratoma were found in 26 cases of mediastinal tumor. The accuracy of preoperative diagnosis was 92.3%. Conclusion CT examination of the anterior mediastinal tumor differential diagnosis of high accuracy, has a very high value.
